Some of the products were very expensive.

£1,200 is a lot of money for a bed

WE ordered a bed and blanket box and also wanted two side pods of drawers The latter items were not in stock but we felt we had made clear to the salesman that we wanted them as soon as possible. In the event the bed and box were ordered (for delivery one day before the date we had asked for them, which caused us problems since the day they arrived we also had to get a carpet laid by other contractors) and the side pods it subsequently turned out had not even ordered for us. We discovered this on delivery of the bed and only then on complaining were we advised that they had not even been ordered. WE ordered them again as soon as we could. They will arrive 4 days after Christmas, which was when we really wanted them!

The advisor was very nice and friendly, only thing letting the experience down was how much bedroom furniture fir a kids room really is. Suppose it's not your fault but still an eye opener, however you were ome if the cheaper options

We had to stand about like lemons for five minutes while others were attended to.

I would have liked more instructions on how to work the sofa bed The were no instructions

the layout of the store, the colour guide and the helpful staff and the feeling of not being pressured in making my decision.

Was looking for 4 foot beds and the one I liked was not avail in 4foot size. It would be nice to see more beds displays made up with quilts pillow etc and in a bedroom setting as you might have it at home. The bed I liked was made up like this and I think this part of why I liked it. I realise this would make it difficult to 'try' the bed but I still think it would make the beds seem more attractive to buy.

Salesman advised us to try various options to ensure that we had a mattress right for us not just what he wanted to sell us. Just the right level of attention no hard sell which was great.

Checked the prices of the mattress protector in the other shops and the dream's ones are highly expensive
