We were approached very quickly when we arrived at the store. Miles was very friendly and helpful with what we were looking for. I particularly liked the bed checker that told me what kind of bed I would need. As I have recently had surgery to remove my kidney and cancer, I really needed a bed that was very comfortable for a long time and between us and Miles, we found the perfect one. I am really happy with the help we received. Thank you

Miles took the time to listen to us, he understood what what we wanted and made some no pressure advice. We were so impressed with how we were looked after we waited until he was free when we revisited the store. In a world where people are very quick to rant and complain, we would like to do exactly the opposite. We had a great time, we even spent more than our budget.

I visited Dreams in Poole and was impressed with the safety procedures in play. The sales person showed me all the options and I could try the different matresses out for comfort. I was made a cup of tea while we filled in the paperwork and paid for my purchase and made arrangements for delivery. All very professional but friendly.

Very friendly and helpful member of staff Miles, Approached us immediately upon entering the store, listened to the different needs me and my partner wanted and had patience Allie us to try several beds. Also offered us water.

Andrew met us at the door and was welcoming. He listened to what we told him and then gave us the opportunity to try several different mattresses. At no point did I feel under pressure to make a purchase. He was very knowledgeable and explained the differences between the makeup of different types of mattress. He provided us with bottles of cold water - which were very welcome on such a warm afternoon. He also gave us the opportunity to try the computerised bed which then made suggestions as to what would be the best mattress for us - a very interesting experience.When I started trying out pillows he, again, was able to assist with suggestions that would best meet our needs. Finally, he put together a really great deal for us for the products we were purchasing. The whole process was great with no undue pressure. Andrew was helpful, patient and friendly throughout.

Friendly greeting on arrival. Everything explained very easily and there was never any rush to decide. Coffee a nice touch!

I was very impressed by James. I had specific needs as I am setting up a healing and meditation centre along with a mini retreat to raise money for local charities. I aim to raise £500 per week. the property is 17C and particulary one bedroom has difficult sloping ceilings and size restrictions. James took time to ensure that I had all the measurements I needed so that I made the right choice. I ordered completely at ease that all will fit the space I have.
