Just because we had to wait upto 6 weeks for 1 item to be delivered.

Because of the length of time before delivery.

I never give top marks

restricted by the number of matresses available in medium and soft. Majority were hard or way outside the desired price range.

Sometimes I think staff can be over attentive and pushy, I really just wanted to browse myself. However... when I asked a question I was given a very detailed answer and explanation. I think the prices were high but I understand quality comes at a price. Overall my experience was very good.

WEfound the assistant helpful withjout being pushy

I was satisfied with the experience at dreams. To be highly satisfied would have meant great service and good value for money. Similar products appear to be for sale at other local stores for less money, though ultimately we chose a product unique to Dreams which meant although not happy about the price, we were prepared to pay it, due in part to the amazing service from Anca.
