I would like to have received a better discount or offer of taking my bed away. Was given four pillows but not good ones and I had memory foam pillows anyway so these. Ten quid pillows went to charity. I would like all colours of beds grouped together in colour not price.

All the assistants were busy so we waited to get advice and then waited again once we had made a decision.

There is always room for improvement.

Christian Camile was fantastic, was very patient, told me everything I needed to know and nothing I didn't need to know and answered every single question professionally. His recommendation to me was based on his sound product knowledge. An asset to your company.

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Pricing was a little high but quality was very good. Look forward to trying out my new mattress.

Time spent placing the order

on entering the store it appears to be a warehouse, not necessary a bad thing but different to your neighbour stores. also "highly" is more difficult to earn with some people!

No real reason

Guess, it was our fault. We were kind of rushing but not the agent. There was some misundersatnding in prices for the mattresses that served different purposes, i.e. soft, medium, one ideal for one suffering from arthritic pain etc.
