We placed order and as exiting I thought that the assistant didn't ask if we required firm or medium. This was not clear from the Order Confirmation so returned to assistant who said the Contour Elite is firm I told him we wanted Medium. Unfortunately he couldn't amend order so left it for us to contact customer service. I feel assistant should have taken ownership.

It took 3 days to process the finance application for the beds. On the first visit, we were told there wouldnt be time to process the application, and that we should come back later in the day. My partner waited over 45 minutes at 7pm before being told the underwriter was not working and that he should come back the next day. The day after there was no power in the store (Poole) and we were told to come back on the next day and that our delivery slot was most likely no longer available. On our last visit we were told that the prices of the beds had changed. One of the matressess was £150 cheaper, while one of the beds was £500 more expensive. We had to argue our case quite considerably to get the original quoted price, despite it being the stores problems that the finance was not processed. This whole procedure has caused a lot of stress and wasted time, especially for my partner who was using his lunchbreaks as a GP to get this sorted in between home visits. We have also not been able to use this time for other furniture shopping to sort out our unfurnished house. Anca, who served us on the last day was pleasant, but would not sell us the mattress at the newly reduced price.

It was just average. We went knowing what we were looking for and got it. The guy was helpful enough and gave availability on a couple of options we were looking for. We were not unsatisfied, it was just average. :)

I wished to buy a particular bed frame which was going to take up to 5 weeks for delivery and i could not wait that long. I then chose another bed which was more expensive and could be delivered within the week.

I am too old to get excited when shopping for a mattress, the one we bought seemed to be good value, ask me again in 8 years
