The service was excellent. We were served by Andrew, who couldn't have done more to help. The only reason for not giving a Highly Satisfied review is that the item we purchased wasn't showing correctly on the computer system. This meant it took longer to place the order and pay than it did to walk all round the shop and choose the item. Overall very satisfied with the service, shame about the computer!

Did not shop around, so do not know if I have value for money. Would have preferred not to have to pay for old mattress to be taken away. Explanation of why you cannot turn an Acti Gel mattress over was not actually an explanation it was just a collection of words

Over priced products. I was there simply for convenience. Colleagues were very friendly and polite. On this occasion it was purely right place right time. Would not choose to go here in future, there are a lot of other places that are more reasonably priced.

The products are OK, price seems OK at the shop, not till you add up all the bits and bobs, extra money for more guarantee, extra money for collection, etc. I am not saying I shouldn't pay any fees, but it seems a lot of hidden fees. Some big company does free collection for customer, like big appliance, why not dreams? Also sort of fault advertising for mattress for 8years, only when you pay more money for extended guarantee!!

Very disappointed that the bed we wanted could not be delivered within a week.

The only reason is that it will take a week to receive delivery

I would have liked more choice of medium/medium soft mattresses for a more reasonable price.
