We visited your dream department on Sunday 28th of January 2018 wondered the rows of soft clean beds and i could not help stifling a yawn. the attractive beds were making me think of a good night sleep that my poor old broken bed at home was depriving me of. It was apparent, though, that the servers were reluctant to engage with us and I could well see why. We had all just finished a hard day’s work and were in our oldest clothes and it being close to closing time on a Sunday evening, it must have crossed some of the server’s mind that going home was a more attractive option than serving anyone who was more than likely in the "just looking" category. All except Chris who spotted us and came right over, offering us a friendly smile. He helped us check over 3 or 4 beds and as many again mattresses. Then we came across the Sherwood oak bed and the Hartley D mattress. Which we thought of as being a "dream". I am glad it was Chris that served us because it was his patience and reassuring style of salesmanship that helped us make a very good decision ..to buy the bed and mattress

If one rates something at the highest level then that means there is no need for further improvement. Very few, if any businesses, have that level of service/price in all my years of dealing with businesses. There is very,very nearly always room for improvements, better service, better pricing or for staff to be so attentive.

Everything about our experience was near perfect. Chris was excellent, imparting his knowledge, and taking us through the products. He also knew when to give us room to discuss our options. I am just one of those people who can't make everything "Highly Satisfied".

Issue with Octospring mattress not realy resolved

It would have helped if the sales person could have told me the best priced mattresses for my requirements and shown me these immediately and explained the original price of the Kendall mattress being a couple of hundred pounds higher than a supposedly superior mattress but these were small points and did not spoil the overall experience. If the sales person had been able to do these things this would have meant a highly satisfactory score

It's still an expensive undertaking to buy beds and 'Dreams' are not any cheaper than rivals. Also, hoped to have the beds in less than a month. I don't know how realistic that is in the grand scheme of things but we're having to wait 6 weeks and now I'm starting to think that will slide as they clearly can't have the beds in stock already and will have to build it from scratch so I anticipate delays already, which will be very disappointing. Staff were very helpful though (Poole branch).

Took a long time to place the order. Staff member had problems with inputting and getting the correct pricing.

I'm unsure the mattress is really the best one for our needs, it's certainly not as comfortable as expected and for the price
