Salesman a little pushy but that is there job!

We entered the store knowing what we were after (a new mattress from silentnight). The staff were very friendly, we were offered a hot beverage and all the products presented well. The only thing we were dissatisfied was the time it took to process the order, they might be knowledgeable over the products but their knowledge is not that great around a keyboard.

We visited the Bournemouth Store (castle Lane) to buy 4 sofa beds to be told you don't sell them when clearly on the website! We went over to the Poole store(fleets bridge) and met a lovely man called Chris and we purchased 4 bed and 4 sofa beds with his assistance and he restored our faith. Bournemouth store need more product training.....

As the item was a display item I was surprised to find out I would still have to wait 2 weeks for it to be delivered

Probably still 'smarting' from the price of my new mattress, but am satisfied one has to pay for quality, and we get what we pay for usually.

There is always room for improvement

We purchased a very expensive matress and great lenghts were explained regarding a £70 matress protector. For a £2000 matress when we asked coudl this be thrown in. Just not possible. i woudl have expected some movement due to the amount of money spent especially seeing we have now found out this is offered from John Lewis.

It was fine, I just don't get that excited about buying a mattress!

After spending nearly £1300 we thought we should have the 2 pillows as part of the deal.
