Karen was very helpful. But we wondered around looking at products for a long time before any member of staff approached us. Karen then tended to our needs hastily and was knowledgeable.

Lots of high end products not alot of mid to low range around £500 staff were amazing and very helpful.

On arrival at the store (which as you know is quite large) there was only one assistant on duty and he was occupied with another customer. I was told that someone would be with me shortly. That was about 10 minutes, I think judging by the mug in his hand he was having a break. I am not critical of the staff I just think for a store of that size it was understaffed. I did spend a considerable time trying to find a product of the right size and price range which got sorted as soon as help arrived.

I never rate anyone as highly satisfied as I believe that there is always room for improvement in any product or service. Price is always an issue, but as I was buying a clearance mattress at an excellent price then I cannot compare this to buying a brand new product. I will answer this question when I do go through that process

I needed 2 new bases urgently as my slats had broken on our. 4-6 weeks not good.

The sales lady was a bit hit and miss. She disappeared when we were looking at spending 2000 pounds with her. When it came to the computer work side of things it looked like she had started that day, although apparently being in the bed business for 10 yrs. Her colleague had to sort the final transaction out for her. Eventually it all went through and I left just in time for rush hour. Not the most pleasant shopping experience I've ever had.

Shop assistant typed in wrong details and had to wait an hour for transaction to go through.
