customer service very good but assistant didn't spell my name correctly despite me spelling it out to him.

I was offered a drink. I asked for strong white coffee, but got weak white tea.

Staff were rude and unfriendly. On our initial visit we said we did not need support then returned half hour later to be ignored at first and then spoken to very rudely.

Could not find the assistant that I talked to before so could not get the same price as he quoted.

Time waiting for a computer terminal to become available.

Already had a bed style in mind, just needed advice about mattress, slats etc. So all in all a relatively short pleasant purchasing experience.

Always room for improvement when we arrived they said good afternoon then let us to it then we had to get there attention when we had decided what we wanted

The assistant was highly knowledgeable and friendly by the item (mattress) I wNted was not in stock.

No problems just didn't rate visit highly satisfied as everything was very average understanding paperwork was slightly confusing especially invoice figures .Otherwise as answered satisfied
