There was over a 2 week delivery date.

We have brought all our beds from dreams and found the quality very good and reasonable prices

I have very high standards. My experience was good, but not exceptional.

I order by phone but had tried to order online - tried 5 times but was told thee was an payment error each time. Tried to ring the helpline (at about 9.30pm) but it just rang out However when I phoned the next morning your colleague was very helpful

The salesperson was very nice and helpful but I felt she lacked confidence but saying that I hate pushy salespeople, maybe I was a bit scary throwing questions at her.

I was very happy with the service .....highly satisfied is not words I would normal use

We had expected some sort of SALE discount after seeing the tv advertising, but found there was none it seemed on the beds we looked at. There may have been a discount on certain beds in the store but we were not made aware of any, despite all the notices in the windows.

I just felt the salesperson was in a hurry to complete the transaction and move on to the next customer...indeed I had to ask someone else for store phone number. I also dislike recieving my documents by email and would prefer a hard copy at point of sale...

The gentleman that started helping my family just decided to walk off and find someone else very rude, next lady was very pleasant
