I would have given a higher assessment but for one thing which really irked me; the sales assistant offered to "throw in" a complimentary orthopaedic pillow if we placed our order with him. However, once the order was completed, the offer of the pillow mysteriously disappeared since the item was "out of stock." When I asked if we could collect it at a later date, he gave no assurance that we could collect it. I felt as if I had been duped and cheated. I thought it smacked of dishonesty and that it reflected badly on your company name. This spoiled our whole shopping experience with you and made me think that perhaps we would not shop with you again.

The first assistant we saw I wasn’t very impressed with....but then we asked another to help us and he was lovely.

During placing my order over the phone the gentleman stated he could not complete order as the system was down. Gentlemen had to ring me back, however I had to stay in the house until he rang me back. He could have potentially lost the sale.

We we were in the process of making our selection of a new bed valued at around £ 3,000 when Karen our assistant went away to help a new potential customer who had noted she was with us and were happy to wait

The first time I went to dreams no one helped me but the second time I couldn't fault the service. Secondly I would say the mattresses are a little expensive even when with the Easter sale discount.
