had to wander about the store for a little while before an assistant approached me. When showing me what was on offer I was shown the most expensive option first (this was on both visits)

Customer service assistant Miles was great. We thought the sleeping survey was great recommending what mattress suits our needs and suggesting several options. My partner suggests perhaps lockers or somewhere to put your belongings and coats while you try the different beds so you don’t have to worry. We were offered tea/coffee and found the staff polite, smart and helpful. The paperwork is always going to be a little tedious, this process could be faster perhaps using a better input method.

The bed that I have purchased is for my daughter for Christmas and there can be no guarantee that it will arrive within 24 days. Also no discount bearing in mind it is Black Friday!

I had attempted to order on line but the system would not recognise Stanford Le Hope as a city in the address and there was no alternative, such as town. I was extremely frustrated and called the number but chose the sales team option. The gentleman that served me was very helpful, although he could not suggest an alternative method of putting in the delivery address, and offered to complete my order over the phone. I was highly satisfied with the way he dealt with my request.

I originally was placing my order online however I had to call and order in the end as I had a discount code but there was clearly not the possibility to enter that code online. The process and order over the phone was fine I’m just not that happy with your online system

Service was very good. Was looking for a bigger range of sofa beds, all quite pricey however, overall satisfied by the purchase.
