Unfortunately, dreams did not have a bed in the colour and style I wanted.

Longish lead time for product delivery (3-4 weeks). I would expect Dreams to hold a minimum stock for all items.

We had to compromise on our purchase

Too much to pick from

I felt the mattress I wanted was too expensive at £999 so was disappointed not to get a good discount offered seeing as I was buying a sofabed.

Could not hear voice on body measuring machine so did not go to our sleep position then told it didn’t matter anyway so not convinced that this is not a gimmick. Assistant then tried to sell us a headboard which was too big - I had to get my tape measure out to prove a point. Not put satisfaction with quality of product as it has not yet been delivered.

I initially did my shopping for bed mattress online and placed it in the basket I then phoned dreams store to answer a question regards mattress type this was answered properly and clearly I then proceeded to pay for my order with ease

I ordered two items from your store and specifically went to the store today as had seen advertisements to say that there was as much as a 50% sale on. The wooden bed frame was indeed in the sale offering 20% off but was disappointed to find that only a few mattresses were in the sale and not the one I wanted. Its a little misleading to advertise a massive sale when in fact only a few items were.
