The sales assistant was friendly but she really had no clue what we really needed. She asked questions but she didn't then recommend what we actually wanted. Our answers seemed irrelevant to her. It's as if she had a checklist of what she was going to ask and what she was going to show us. We had to ask her if she had anything else similar but less expensive, what the other options were etc. Eventually she took us to the side of the store where the different types of mattress were so we could try each one. It would have been helpful to see that information and understand the difference before she showed us the choice of mattresses that she had already decided was best for us - which was not the one we bought at all! She missed an entire step in the process and needed to spend time explaining the difference between each type of mattress right at the start.
