We were buying a high end priced bed, mattress and accessories. After heavily researching Tempur, prices did differentiate with your competitors. Although the mattress we ended up purchasing was Dreams specific only, this wasn’t a deciding factor as the the other Temour mattresses were super comfy too. We had spent a lot of time in Poole Dreams as this was an item of household furniture we hope to have for a long time. We were looking for 10% off the total, as reviews for Dreams had mainly all received this too and this was what had tempted us to you in the first place.

Like everything else, the prices were slightly surprising, but all prices are going up at an alarming rate. that said, mattresses have greatly improved since we last shopped.

There is not complete logic to the layout of the store. We were looking for an ottoman bed...some were at one end of the store, some at the other end. Not easy to find. Though colleagues were very quick to help. Also, not impressed with seeing one of the employees with mask on, but under his nose and not secure. Felt a bit of a mockery of the expected safety procedures.
