I was greeted by a friendly advisor who wasn't pushy. He asked me questions about my needs and pointed me in the right direction. Took me through the Sleep Match process and explained the different mattresses to me. Also, talked through the different styles of beds that had the functionality that I required. The ordering process was quick and smooth, including the explanation about extended cover. The shop felt COVID secure too. I did feel that the products were a little on the expensive side (and didn't purchase a headboard for this reason) but I guess you have to look at it as a long-term investment. Would have liked a shorter delivery time but the process of booking the delivery and the follow confirmation text was quick and easy.

We went in to purchase a mattress unsure of the type we needed, a young assistant called Chris spoke to us explained fully the need to find the correct bed and directed us to the bed that adjusts to find how you sleep etc. He was very knowledgeable about it and when it came to showing us the types of bed to suit us. He did everything he could to make us happy with our choice of bed and any other assistance he could provide.

Extremely satisfied with the service and staff at dreams only down side only one member of staff on the shop floor had to wait for him to deal with two other customers before me but he did deal with all the customers very professionally thank you
