Very helpful staff. Sleep analyser made it an interesting experience. We walked in with no idea what we needed in a bed, and walked out with a bargain.

Neil was able to answer all our questions about the mattress, pillows, mattress protector, extra cover and delivery. He was very knowledgeable in all areas.

Shaun was incredibly helpful from the moment we walked through the door. I cannot fault the service I received during my visit, we were even offered a tea or coffee during the purchasing process. I visited 3 other stores looking for a new bed before heading to dreams and the quality of the service I received in these stores were not even close to the level of serviced received by Shaun at Dreams. Dreams will definitely be the first store I head to when I’m next need of a bed or matress.

The store assistant took the time to listen to my needs and list of requirements, they kept within my price range and didn't try to upsell me. They made sure I didn't feel rushed and they had a lot of product knowledge which helped me to feel secure within my options

From the moment we walked into the store we felt comfortable and approached by a friendly and professional young man who helped us through the process of choosing a new bed, we were given time to try different brands and at no point felt any pressure! We are now looking forward to getting our new bed and sure we will be very satisfied.
