Had a problem regarding information on website being different to instore information. The staff resolved this in a very helpful and professional way.

The assistant was very knowledgable on all products and was able to offer good advice. Very friendly and helpful service. A free coffee too

The sales assistant was very courteous and was very quick to show/demonstrate the differences between the different types of mattresses and to explain the layout of the store. Once I had decided the on the mattress and divan, she then talked me through all the different payment options. Helen made the whole experience very easy. Thanks.

Stu Oldman was the salesperson who dealt with us. We came to the store to get ideas for a bed - hadn't a clue where to start. Stu was helpful - product knowledge was exceptional, friendly, without being pushy and gave us all the assistance we needed, went the extra mile when we asked to view a different mattress on the frame we liked, and also respected our space to mull things over and make a decision. We ended up buying something different to what we had planned, because of Stu's advice and approach, and are extremely pleased we did. Great service and a fabulous bed!

It was a pleasure to actually be served by someone who was very knowledgable , polite, and passionate about his work without being pushy, I would say a very valuable member of staff !!
