Not really knowing which mattress I needed, matt the assistant helped me without being over pushy and made the process much simpler than I expected.

The main reason I was highly satisfied with my experience was down to your colleague Stuart Oldman. He was extremely helpful and informative and helped us choose a bed & mattress for our new flat. He also made sure that we were getting all discounts/offers that were available to us. The reason we chose to shop at dreams was due to the advertisements we had seen with regards to Easter weekend deals and we were extremely happy with the high quality of bed & mattress we chose and look forward to them being delivered.

Needed to find a comfortable, suitable mattress with a 4 drawer divan, the sales assistant was thorough in his explanation of available options and took his time to listen to my requirements.

Sales assistant inadvertently put £25000 on card machine which was declined and she realised her mistake immediately! With help from a more experienced colleague this was quickly resolved.

Everything and everyone was component in the service they gave

The store assistant went out of his way to find exactly what I wanted. His manner throughout was professional and courteous. His explanations were both useful and pertinent.

The assistant James came yup to us when we entered the store and asked if we needed any help. I said we were looking for Tempur adjustable beds. He showed us the pod where you can lie down in comfort and privacy and watch the video. He brought us in coffee and told us to take all the time we need. Afterwards he went through all the alternative options suggesting that we try out the other mattresses. We could not fault his service . He knew when to leave us alone to make our own decisions and was on hand when we needed any advice. We could not fault his assistance. A very nice experience.

The assistant was very helpful. He listened to our requirements and then showed a good range of products which met these. He was not over pushy,and was happy to let us browse the items at our leisure, but was available to answer any question when needed.

Very friendly service. Took time to listen to not only what we wanted but also what we didn't want. We didn't feel pressured into making a purchase or into buyiing the more expensive option.

Stuart was very helpful with me on which bed to choose, he managed to help me find a bed to suit my needs!
