David was excellent. He listened to what we wanted, offered his knowledge, which was extensive, but wasn't pushy. He even said to stop him if his explanation was too long (it wasn't, but great to be open about that). He gave us plenty of time. I went in twice, and asked to see him the second time, which was when we bought the bed. We were offered tea/coffee by him and another assistant. All very good.

As soon as we entered the store we were welcomed and made to feel at ease. James soon gave us a guided breakdown of the stock, colour coding of bed styles and then left us to start to test the beds. During our testing James and his colleague Helen kept asking we were ok, but were not pushy which we liked. We were offered coffee to help make the decision to purchase. We did purchase via the store in the end, but only after thinking about it because of your on-line offering which states no charge for 'doorstep delivery' yet a delivery carried into the house is charged for!!!! We were very tempted to order the bed on-line and save ourselves £40.00, however because of the service from James and Helen we went back and ordered from the store which in effect cost us an additional £40.00!!!! We appreciate good service, but didn't appreciate the mixed messages that your company sends regarding charges for delivery - this we were very annoyed about. Staff great, on-line delivery charging criteria just plain wrong!!!!!

We were not pushed in any way. We were given all the information we needed and allowed to wander and and try the mattresses for as long as we needed. When we finally made a decision the order was dealt with in a professional manner. Thank you.

Well laid out shop and easy to identify mattress types and test

Sri Old man was very informative, listening to the questions asked, answering in English not gibberish. We felt at ease and well informed of the products we not only wanted but needed, to suit us. Overall, extremely pleasant experience. Very Happy. Great Service :)

I got good service from the staff, who were friendly without being overwhelming and were able to offer very good advice on the products available.

Matt was very helpful, The store was closed and not due to open for another 10mins but he saw us waiting and let us in to browse. After the store had opened and we had, had some time too look about, Matt came over to talk with us and assist us with what we were looking for. He talked us through each product thoroughly and honestly. He provided us with a quote for our items which was done quickly. At no point was he pushy which is a rarity in these type of shops. We left to look around elsewhere but came back to Dreams, Matt was very quick to answer our queries and then place the order.

We visited the store a number of times as we wanted to make sure we got the right mattress and we need to take measurements of the beds we liked to make sure they fitted in the bedroom. The service we recieved from Helen was brilliant, she explained the different types of mattress, offers in store and she gave us a tape measure, pen and paper when we went back again. When we made our decision Helen wasn't in at the time but her colleague Stu helped us and he was most helpful, he went through everything with us and explained it all in plain English. Our experience of Dreams was perfect. When we come to look again I will be returning to Dreams.
