Assistant explained how store was organised very comprehensively and then allowed us time to browse and discuss our options .Very approachable and helpful without any sales pressure.

James had a very good knowledge of the products available and after an initial explanation of how everything was organised he left us to tryout the beds and decide . There was no pressure, but good advice and knowledge. Friendly and efficient sales. Very good

David our expert was more than helpful, attentive, warm and friendly. He helped us choose what was right for me and shared his useful knowledge on all products whilst giving us enough time to chat between us and wasn't too 'pushy'. In the end I bought a Tempur bed to help with my neck and back problems and if it wasn't for David I would have chosen a different model, which I am very happy about now in hindsight. Looking forward to the bed arriving and trying it out. Price was good too. All in all a great experience at. Dreams and I would come back in future.

We were acknowledged on arrival and then given the opportunity to look around before being approached, giving the chance for us to decide what we liked and then discuss options/pricing etc.

WE knew exactly what we wanted. Your staff helped us find the right bed immediately. Whilst he explained what was on offer with the bed we ordered he did not try to change our minds or push something on to us that we did not want. He was courteous and helpful throughout.

Nice man called James talked us through all the products on offer, and then let us decide & try the beds in our own time. But if we wanted further guidance we only had to ask. It was nice that we made up our own mind and not pushed into anything.

we were allowed to look around the store without being harassed by salesmen and when we did need one he was there right away with a sound knowledge of the beds, very professional and friendly.

When we initially stated our requirements to the Dreams assistant we weren't entirely sure of our specific needs except that we needed a comfortable new bed. After being shown several different styles of bases, mattresses, storage suggestions etc. the whole issue became very much clearer and within no time at all we were placing an order. The delivery date promised is exceptionally good and we're looking forward to receiving it very soon and hopefully getting a good nights sleep. The salesman was excellent. Thank you so much.
