Good choice of products

Very friendly,knowledgeable staff. Took time to explain the best products for me. Matt, very helpful agin taking time to listen and offer the best for me.

Although the store was due to close within 45mins of our visit and despite there only be one person to serve us, the sales assistant was very helpful and patient. Our only small niggle is that the mattress on display was not the one that was ordered for us. We were also told that as the sale ended the next day we could check out the new price and if this was less than what we paid we would be entitled to a refund which it is now. We callled in to the store today and have been told to contact customer services ourselves re the difference. Seems a bit silly when this could be refunded in store and would save us a telephone call.

The helpfulness and care from the sales person David even when my phone went off he moved away to give me privacy and time to take call. Did not hassle me and answered all my questions and made useful suggestion. Very pleasant man.

The employees were very helpful, friendly and knowledgable about the products. Products were easy to identify and easy to try out.

The salesman was very helpful, could relate to the need of selecting a good mattress for a growing child and could clearly identify the different qualities of different products. He could not have been more helpful and was in no way 'pushy'.
