Matt was attentive without being overly present. We only came in to buy pillows. However, we did have a look at some mattresses as this is something we are considering purchasing in the very near future. Matt asked about our requirements before suggesting various options. He understood the products available and provided very good explanation. We will definitely isn't Dreams when we want to buy our mattress.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and spent as much time as we needed. Was able to answer all our questions without hesitation

We were greater by Stuart who was happy to let us look around without following/hovering round us while we tried to look around. When we were ready stuart was available to answer all our questions. Was polite, knowledgeable snd not a pushy sales man.

The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and was great at talking us through the products and helping me to pick a new bed and mattress.

because of the service the guy gave us , we explained what we required and what it was wanted for , and he gave us just that , and didn't try to push us into other things . also he was very friendly and helpful which when your in your late seventies you don't always get when shopping thanks

James that assisted us was extremely helpful and knowledgable and helped us find exactly what we wanted and within our price range, we had our eight year son with us who found it all very boring and staff were happy to let him play and try the beds too which makes life a lot easier.

Walked in store and left alone for a while which is better than being pounced on as soon as you walk in a store. David then introduced himself and asked if he could assist, explained that we were looking for a bed but didn't know all the differences. he explained in detail the colour coding of the beds and the price ranges. He then offered us coffee and went and made it whilst we browsed. after short listing a few he explained the pros and cons. We then settled on mattress and frame which David then processed. Very impressed that delivery is only taking a week and that 10 year warranty wasn't extortionate. Knowledge of David very good and would recommend Dreams to anyone.

The double team of Stu and Matt were friendly, knowledgable, and speedy with their service. Their efforts and attention turned a trip that was purely exploratory into a sale with a satisfied, potentially repeat customer.
