The help received,and time left alone to make a decision without any sales pressure.the efficient and quick way the order was completed. The very friendly way all the staff communicated with each other,as well as with us the customer.

The salesman was knowledgeable but not pushy in any way. He thoroughly explained the pros and cons of all the beds making a minefield of choice a pleasant one. Everything was explained regarding the purchasing options making it an easy choice for us to make a purchase. The display of beds and accessories are far and away better than the competitors stock we had looked at before coming to Dreams.

Our assistant was vey helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very understanding when we said we would like to look elsewhere before we made any decisions. After looking elsewhere we decided that the mattress that we purchased was what we wanted to and ticked all the right boxes. Delivery and everything spot--on.
