Dreams - Poole

We were looking for chests of drawers and found exactly what we were looking for. The display was well set out and our friendly, helpful assistant (Stu) provided the answers to all our questions in an efficient, cheerful yet professional manner. This helped us to come to the decision to purchase the items. Also we were given a welcome cup of coffee while we were making our choices.

Your store manager Stuart Davies at Poole went out of his way to help us. We were especially impressed when he demonstrated the strength of the bed draw. He stood on it much to our surprise..... This sold the bed to us!! and we liked the way it pulled out on floor rollers. Stuart offered us tea. Amazing service from a furniture retailer. WELL DONE VALIDATION CODE 088

I came to the store to buy a mattress and your colleague David was extremely helpful in showing me all the items in the range I'd requested. He took time to explain the pros and cons of each mattress in a very clear manner. Also made me a cup of coffee while I was making up my mind which mattress to purchase.

We were taken care of by Stuart (Manager) who was very good at recognising when we needed help and when we needed space to consider. He had a good manner, humorous yet respectful. When it was time to consolidate our needs, Stuart was very efficient and we left feeling that we had a positive experience even though our pockets were over £1500 lighter

A very friendly service, without being pushey,good knowledge of the product. Being able to try out the product to see which one would be the best choice for us was a great help.

We were not pounced upon by an assistant so had plenty of time to view products by ourselves and when approached were given comprehensive information to enable us to make our choice. The colleague couldn't have been more helpful!
