The sales assistance was so helpful and friendly. We knew what we were looking for and after explaining it to David (i'm sure his name was David) he immediately showed us what would be right for us.

Had already researched beds on line and chosen product. Visited store too view and complete purchase. We were directed to the bed immediately by Stuart who continued to assist us and had excellent product knowledge. Stuart knew we had looked on line and offered us free delivery at the point of purchase. We were also given a free mattress protector because we took about a 10 year guarantee. We liked the store liked the service and the price.

I was not entirely sure what I was looking for. I was assisted by James who took lots of time to advise me and show me the different types of beds, storage options and mattresses that were available. He was very knowledgeable and patient.

David was very attentive but didn't pester us. He checked we were ok. Even brought us a cup of coffee. Listened to our concerns re the quality of some of the bed frames. Gave us as much time as we needed to decide on our purchase. Explained details of the different ways to pay. Very polite.

The colleague who assisted us, James, was very friendly and approachable. He made us feel at ease and we would thoroughly recommend going to this store for personal service. The manager Stuart actually made us a tea which really impressed James because apparently Stuart is rarely seen near the kettle - this made us feel very special! :) Really really looking forward to receiving our items this week, thanks very much Dreams!

Very happy non intrusive staff who let you get on with trying beds and deciding on the ones you like. Knowledgeable assistant who helped us a lot Jamees with two E's haha.

Exceptional customer service from James and Stuart. Definately made the right decision coming to Dreams. Dreams provide a quicker delivery time than other companies which is what I needed. Very impressed.
