Even though instore refurbishment was going on around us, we were gradually, but with great timing approached by salesman (JM70) James Madigan. He was very clear, informative and reassuring. He had a lovely manner and made us feel immediately welcome without pressure to buy at anytime. When unsure, he clarified. When we had queries, he answered them all. When wanting to purchase, he was methodical and prompt. James instinctively knew when to take a step back, allowing us time to talk and think about our choice of purchase.

The customer service I received was second to none. David the sales consultant was so informative and helpful to my requirements, even when I changed my mind a few times he was polite and only too pleased to help me find the right products. Once a decision was made everything happened very quickly. Thank You dreams soooooooo much, I am looking forward to better nights sleeping when my new bed arrives:)

David was exceptionally helpful and gave us all of the options that met our requirements. He allowed us time to think about our decision and was assumptive or pushy. David and all of the other staff were very welcoming and were exceptionally good with my young family during both our visits.

My husband has mobility issues and the staff in store were very attentive and made him comfortable. They spent time listening to our needs and also took into account our budget. No pressure was put on us to buy. The whole experience was taken at our pace and our needs were fully met by your very professional staff.

Stu the sales clerk knew all the answers to the questions we had in regards of the mattresses and he even exceeded the amount of information.

James was extremely polite and helpful and offered coffee and advice and guidance with information about the stores products his service was professional friendly and very much appreciated.

Helen the lovely Lady that served us was very friendly and knowledgable. She offered us refreshments.

The sales rep explained the products in detail and listened to our particular requests. We were then guided around the most suitable products and left for enough time for us to discuss our possible purchase. We were not pressurised into buying something that we didn't need.
