Dreams - Poole

I was delighted with Dreams today. The member of staff, Stuart, who dealt with us was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He was encouraging without being pushy and all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. He explained everything, talked us through the ordering process and explained the delivery times. He even asked us if we wanted a cup of tea or coffee. We were very impressed with him, there was no pressure to buy, but we were so pleased with the bed and mattress that we looked at that we decided to buy it there and then. Dreams will be our first port of call when we get around to replacing our other beds. Hopefully Stuart will help us again next time. A very pleasing experience. Thank you Dreams.

stu was very good at his job, we knew what we were looking for, so with his experience, with no sales presure , we were able to try for firmness, & made our purchase, fully aware of terms & conditions, prior to paying for our new bed, with added insurance. looking forward to our delivery, & assembly in july.The good thing we also liked, was after hearing dreams sale, is ending on tuesday 23 rd june, the bed unbeknown to us at the time, is also in the sale, at 1/2 price, wow, an amazing saving of approx £750! we both suffer with bad backs, so are also aware, should we keep it clean, using our free mattress protector, we have the option, in the first month, of sleeping in our new bed, to change it if we need to. We are so happy, we have told all our friends & family, about Dreams, thanks, Lee Cooper.

David listened our requirements and made the process of moving from an idea to a confirmed order as painless as possible.

We were well received by Helen when we entered the store , and she then took us through an excellent overview of the Tempur product range, including time in the ' Tempur Pod ' which we found most beneficial. Coffee was also provided whilst we were sampling the Tempur range. Originally we came in just to price up the product but, due to the very friendly service and competitive price, we decided to place our order with Dreams straight away.

They were so helpful, as my wife is disabled

The refurbished store was very inviting and the salesman James ,was informative without being overbearing he allowed us to browse but was available when we needed guidance. Our order was taken and dealt with efficiently but we never felt pressured . The deal we received was great and only had to wait a week for delivery, also the taking away of our old mattress for disposal was a welcome addition to our purchase. We would definitely recommend the store to friends and family Well Done!!
