The assistant allowed me to outline my needs and tell him of my own research conducted before arriving at the store and then made recommendations based on my comments.. a refreshing change from many shops that ignore what you have said!! A pleasant shopping experience!!

Stu was extremely helpful and friendly.

Both James and David were highly professional . James gave us a very thorough explanation about the products we were looking at and also the range of services dreams provides. It made the visit very easy and with such great value we bought a beautiful bed

We visitited your Poole store and was served by a colleague called David (glasses) he was absolutely fantastic and so welcoming and he knew every detail about our mattress and really helped us choice the perfect one without being over our shoulder but close enough for when we needed him then he backed away away again. Excellent customer service from him!! Only one problem was we had to wait to place an order as this store only had 2 ordering systems so we had to wait about 30 mins until placing an order, we were happy to wait because David was talking to us and we built a great repour with him but I can see other customers of your maybe walking off as waiting that time was a little excessive.

The salesman was extremely knowledgeable factually about the various products and did not pressure our decision on what or whether to purchase. Gave us the time to consider our decision before inviting us to place the order

Assistant (Stu) took time to listen to our requirements and guide us to the various options available. All done with patience and humour. Very nice.

Plenty of choice in the price range we were looking at, Helpful staff who left us alone until we needed his help, no pressure, but there when we needed him.

Very friendly and knowledgeable salesman.
