Matt (the assistant )was extremely helpful knowledgeable about the products. He continued to be helpful the next day when I had to change part of my order. Store and products clean and everyone was polite I was even offered a drink was paper woke was completed. Thank you Matt.

The attention of David was sensitively done. He gave us information and then went away and allowed us to talk so Mum felt no pressure in front of others. David was watching out so that as soon as we were ready he came back. We had visited the week before when the floor was being redone and everyone was so apologetic on both visits and anxious to make it up to us.
