Dreams - Poole

On entering the store we were greeted by the store manager and salea assistants, we were given expert advise as to what we were looking for and the best advise as to fit our needs. We were given time to think about our options and to discuss what we though they would be best for us. We were then given the best price possible with the option of the finance as well.

The items were easy to view and everything was clean and clearly labelled and priced the assistant David was most helpful

A very friendly member of staff Helen answered all our questions advised us on the best mattress for our needs . The whole process was very relaxing she let us take as Much time as we needed and even offered us a cup of tea. Looking forward to our bed arriving . Many thanks dreams

We were given time to look around, then when we went towards a member of staff he came over and asked if we needed any help he did not presume that we did. When talking to him, he was polite, very knowledgeable about what I was looking for and showed my a number of firm beds, and was very patient when I went between 2 beds until I found the one for me.

We were left to wonder the store to see what was on offer then approached by Matthew who then helped us to find what we were looking for. Also showing us all options that were available to us. Resulting in a very satisfactory purchase.

This visit we only required a bed base and we were restricted on time, Stuart was efficient very helpful and we could carry on to our appointment with exactly the product we required.

We were greeted immediately and, having viewed our requirements on-line, were guided to the selected items in the store rather than wandering around trying to locate them ourselves.
