Dreams - Poole

We were assisted by Stu, very friendly, motivated and knowledgable about everything, beds, mattresses and slats. Service was extremely good. We asked to try a mattress we liked on sprung slats and this was done straight away. He knew all the little details about the mattresses, why one was softer than the other and why one was double the price of the other. He gave very good advice about the slats and the different bed sizes to use these on.

I was assisted by Stuart Davies who was very helpful and informative about the products available to me. He explained the process thoroughly from purchase to delivery and any other options I might have wanted to consider. The cost of the bed was the best I could find and the colour I desired, but struggled to find elsewhere

Nothing too much trouble, newly refurbished store, helpful and knowledgeable.

This is the first bed and mattress that my partner and I have purchased together for our new home and the staff (Stuart) in the Poole store were very welcoming and quick to give us assistance in finding a suitable mattress - whilst enjoying a complimentary coffee. We were given multiple options to help us work out our preferences and details of all the mattresses we tried were very well and honestly explained so that we could make the best decision. We returned later in the day after considering our purchase and were then helped by the store manager (different Stuart) who helped us to complete our purchase whilst our original assistant was busy. Everything was quick, smooth and personal to us which made the whole experience so stress free!

Professional efficient staff .

Store lay-out was excellent. We were served by James who was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. He managed to be attentive when we had questions but made us feel we could take all the time we needed to make a decision without feeling under pressure - even making us a cup of coffee to enjoy as we discussed and considered the choices.

The way the beds were colour co ordinated to help choose which is best for our purchase.salesman explained this to us as we have never been to dreams before and it proved very helpful for our purchase.we also went to Bensons for beds to compare, but they did not have much choice, also didn't give any confidence of knowledge about products, and pricing was not as good. We also went to carpet right, again choice was not as good as Dreams, and staff were not really interested in a bed sale

I knew exactly what I wanted and the salesman recognised this and was completely understanding of that and didn't push to sell anything more.
