Dreams - Poole

We had already been to another store and felt really pressured by the sales person, so left and went into Dreams. Found what we were looking for. Stu was most pleasant to deal with. 10/10

I was quickly attended too by someone with a good knowledge for what I required.

Matt gave his undivided attention, explained how lift-up bases worked, base colours, drawers etc. Understood why I wanted a medium mattress that I could turn myself. Second purchase from Dreams in Poole.

They helped us get the best price for the items we required and advised us to wait 48 hours as one of the items was about to go into a sale. This was excellent service and has made me feel confident in using Dreams in the future.

THe Customer Service provided by James was exceellent. He has given us excellent service before and that is a reason why we returned to the store. He has excellent knowledge, is very attentive giving excellent advice and customer service and has a genuine concern to support getting the right mattress. He explained well the differences. James allowed time for consideration and made us a coffee while we decided. James is a credit to Dreams and an employee who you can be proud of. We have made a large purchase before and will return again based on this customer service experience. Stuart served us and was very helpful, without being overbearing. Gave us time, offered us a drink and explained things in an easy to understand way as well as being patient while things went on until almost half an hour after closing!

Feeling tired and jaded after a lengthy search elsewhere, my wife and I entered the newly refurbished Dreams surrounded by a pleasing backdrop of sensitive landscaping. There was no pressure or pushing, only courtesy and helpful guidance as and when we required it, albeit with a nice touch of humour ! Of course, there were around a hundred beds-soft to firm to very firm, with a suitable range of texture and tactile experience as we tried many beds. It's not surprising that we left the Dreams some two hours later feeling quite relaxed and refreshed, because this was a refreshing experience. Perhaps because it had been for those frequent interludes of rest and sinking into blissful worlds of inter-ranging coils-open and pocket, that really took the fatigue out of our bodies. And then, we tried the pillows carrying them one by one across the wide hall to our chosen beds. That was it. We were ready to do the essential paperwork smoothly with no fuss. Really, we never thought buying new beds could be so pleasant. All in all on reflection, this whole experience was something to do with that very essential ingredient in business- the willing meeting of personality and human relations.
