The visit was warm welcoming with helpful advice and products clearly displayed priced and colour coded accordingly.

we went to the Poole branch, and as we are moving to Inverness David at the Poole store placed an order and gave us a lot of advice he was really great, the beds are ordered and will be delivered the day after we move in, thanks to David.

Poole branch. Having previously been shopping here and being happy with service returned as we needed a new bed. We were served by the store manager Stewart he was so knowledgable about the products,as we are two large people both with back problems he was so helpful left us to try the beds at our leisure his advise was priceless. Looking forward to the arrival of our new bed cannot praise Dreams enough would highly recommend to anyone. Stewart thank you again for your help understanding and kindness
