The lady who helped us was very attentive, and aware of our presence in the store, but did not bombard us with information and left us with time alone to try out the beds.

We were served by Helen and she and her colleagues were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient

We thought the store was well laid out with plenty of choice. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful and it was James who particularly attended to us. Without being pushy he was most helpful and seemed very knowledgable.

Staff were very helpful. Wanted to understand our needs and find the best product.

My husband had visited previously and found Stuart to be informative and very helpful. We arranged to go back together and stuart again, walked us through the options, discuss what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable, offered advice without a hard sell and gave us space to discuss the options. I felt very comfortable and confident that we had not been pushed into a purchase. We will go back in the next few weeks to purchase another bed

Warm friendly welcome. Gave us all of the options and explained the pro's and cons of all of them, and didn't just encourage us to go for the most expensive items

This was my first visit to look at beds with a view to making a purchase and instantly realised that I need look no further. There was everything there for me to make a positive decision on my choice.

The salesman was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, he gave us time to consider our options and made us a drink . He wasn't pushie and gave us a very good quote . We felt like it was our decision and not forced .

Stu Oldman who served us was wonderful. So very helpful. Really explained everything Clearly.
