Friendly and knowledgeable staff on hand to offer advice if required, but we were not pressured in any way. It was quite refreshing to be given advice by a sales person, then being left alone to try the products and discuss with my partner.

Was cordially greeted by the salesperson David who was very pleasant and patient, he listened to my requirements and talked me through all of my options. He was very knowledgeable of all the beds available, answered all of my questions which is a testament to the training which he has received. The whole process was quite painless and was even given a cup of tea. I left the the store feeling happy that I had made the correct decision, and this all happened in my lunch time. My bed has not been delivered as it will be at a future date, but I'm sure all will be well as I have great confidence in Dreams' professionalism.

Sales assistant knowledgeable and helpful, good choice of products.

Very personable member of staff. Friendly and not pushy. He was happy to talk us through the different options and was happy to help even though we arrived quite late on a Sunday afternoon.

Staff approached us on arrival to explain how the store worked and the layout and then let us browse in our own time and space at all the options but where close by and on hand if we had queries about the products. The store layout was easy to understand. Product information and prices were easy to interpret.

There were 4 members of staff available when we made our purchase who were all very friendly (we were the only customers in the shop at the time!) and happy to show us the products and explain the terms of delivery and assembly. We were even offered cake and coffee. The order process felt quick and quite easy, and I was surprised by the quick turnaround enabling us to schedule delivery only 8 days from the sale date.
