Served by David who was extremely polite, well mannered and efficient whilst confidently providing expert advice. At the point where my wife and I needed to think about options and discuss all the information at hand, David left us to talk without placing any pressure upon us whatsoever. He returned to offer us coffee (provided in proper mugs rather than cardboard cups!). He then remained on hand to answer the questions we had and, following our decision made us aware of all purchase/delivery information and then quickly completed the paperwork.

The store was very well layer out with easy to read and understand signs that helped a lot. Matt who helped me was very helpful and explained how the colour scheme worked and wasn't too pushy and let me look round after I had a sit on the beds I like. Over all a very good trip to dreams and I get the bed and mattress that I wanted.

Firstly, we visited a competetor bed store and the sales person was a pushy and did not listen to our requirements that we just walked off. Then we saw Dreams! We walked straight it, were smiled at by staff and left for us to walk around. We found what we were looking for within 5 minutes, we were served by James Madigan (JM70) who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He checked availability on the bed we chose and told us we can have it delivered within a few days which we were amazed at! James made sure we fully understood the process and we were very happy. We would definitely come back!

We were given the time to decide what we wanted based on the detailed information given to us by the person who dealt with us. He took all our needs into account before giving us the final choice of product.

We were met by an assistant immediately. He encouraged us to try as many beds as we liked and was quick to steer us in the right direction once he knew our requirements. He was very helpful without being at all pushy.

The store was open and easy to walk around assistance was offered shortly after entering store and was readily available when required

The lay out of the the store was great,everything was labeled so I knew what was what,the guy in store introduced himself and told me what I wanted to know and then left me alone to make a decision but was there if I needed more information ,all round a great visit and a great purchase.

James was very attentive and did everything he could to help us even when there was an issue with Creation Finance
