ON ARRIVAL AT YOUR STORE WITH MY DISABLED HUSBAND,WE WERE GREETED BY THE STORE MANAGER WHO THEN WENT ONTO HELP US WITH OUR DECISIONS AND PURCHASES,HE HAD A GREAT TOLERANCE AND UNDERSTANDING OF MY HUSBANDS DISABILITY AND COULD NOT BE MORE HELPFUL,IN FACT MADE MY HUSBAND A CUP OF COFFEE AND WENT THE EXTRA MILE WITH US...MAKING OUR EXPERIENCE OF DREAMS A PLEASURABLE ONE.

The salesman was very friendly and helpful, guided us as to which bed was best. The sale went through smoothly and it will be delivered within two weeks.

We did not know anything about the different types of mattresses and James explained in detail well and gave us a good understanding. He then left us to try out a few discussed with no pressure and was there to answer any questions. He was very helpful and friendly.
