Dreams - Poole

The staff were very helpful in the Poole store, we had two people assisting us when there was a problem. We wanted a headboard for our bed and the one we chose wasn't available in the same colour as the bed so the offered us and option of picking a new headboard when we said we wanted that one they helped us pick a colour and we ended up chose a nice brown leather. Our assistant Helen helped us pick a date to have it delivered to suit us we have to wait 5 weeks but she took the price of delivery off as we weren't available any other day.

James, the sales person who approached us shortly after we entered the store, couldn't have been more helpful. He explained the layout of the store to us and said he would leave us to decide without any pressure from himself or colleagues, but if we had any questions he would be there to answer them for us.

Friendly staff. Place for kids to play.

Stuart Davies was very helpful and pointed in the right direction for the right mattress

we where not pressured by staff greeted warmlyover all a very pleasent experience

Stuart come to see us on arrival and pointed us the right directions for our mattress. He then left us to come to a decision but as we then had about 3 in mind we were a little confused. Stuart then came over to see how we are getting on and gave his expert advise on the differances between the mattresses we had decided on. We were then able to make a informed decision and at no point did we feel pressurised. He was helpful and informative.

The salesman was friendly and helpful, and was not overbearing as you find in some shops.

Everything was displayed nice and clearly, the staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy.

We received prompt attention as soon as we entered store despite it being a very busy period. All our questions were answered fully and, as a result, we were able to ascertain exactly what kind of mattress would suit us. We were phoned as soon as we arrived home with a delivery date to suit us in just over a week. This was because we placed our order manually to save time in the store. So far we cannot faultthe service we have received in any way.

Your staff were very professional good product knowledge and at every turn they were there to help and guide us WELL DONE !!!!
