I needed a quick purchase as my sons bed was damp whilst changing it. I understand that it is difficult to have stock in store and makes better business sense to have them specifically brought in on request. I was fortunate that there were take away mattresses, similar to his old one and purchased one. Your colleague was helpful and showed me all options but really needed a quick fix. Polite, smart, knowledgeable.

Friendly staff who were able to assist me with any questions, the store was understaffed however and did take slightly longer than I would have imagined, but the staff who served us re assured us they would help us asap

The person who looked after us was very knowlegable,new where to look as we were looking for a particular bed

We were greeted by David when we entered the store and were asked if we required any help, which we did. He established which type of mattress would suit us best and showed us what to look for. He remained close enough to ensure he could answer any queries we had and never made us feel rushed or pressured at any time.

The sales assistants were available and very helpful, but we never felt pressured to make a decision or felt pushed towards a particular product. Loved the fact we were offered a cup of tea!
