I felt the store layout to be particularly helpful with the colour coding yellow, green, red, purple and blue. This greatly simplified what I feared may be a confusing difficult purchase. I feel confident I have purchased the right mattress because of this and because of the helpful store manager Stuart. He explained the difference between traditional springs and pocket sprung. He also explained clearly the difference between memory foam, latex and gel layers in the combination mattress. He was friendly, helpful and informative and his method of sale was not intrusive as it was in other retail stores (which we experienced when browsing in a competitors store). Overall I am extremely happy with the service at Dreams.

After many years of our old beds, we were unwilling to experience the usual hard sell of most furniture shops. We also found your web site, very explicit as to description of the items, unlike the site of two of your rivals. We were welcomed in a very pleasant manner, by your staff, allowed to say what we wanted with no pressure at all. This was after we were allowed time to get in! David the salesman went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the bed and gave us all the answers to are questions, which helped us decide on are purchase.

After initially looking round a very friendly though not overbearing assistant approached us to ask if we were OK. After outlining our specifications he was extremely knowledgeable. He couldn't give us enough advice and was in no way pushy.

As we entered the store we were greeted in a pleasant yet not intrusive manner. Our requirements were understood and products recommended. we were too early for the transaction to be completed as it was before 11 a,m, Sunday. On returning to the store the sales person had everything ready for us to sign and home delivery was organised for this coming Friday, to be confirmed by the delivery crew. We hope the delivery is as good as the experience so far. A very high rate of satisfaction for us so far.
