The manager Stuart was really helpful and gave us lots of time without putting any pressure on us to purchase a bed. The tea was a nice touch and the mattress we purchased is very comfortable.

The staff were friendly, very informative and answered any questions I had. Good cup of tea to help us decide. There was no pressure on us either and space given for us to come to our decision.

Having shopped at Dreams before, I found the staff very helpful & polite, with a good knowledge of the products on offer. With regards to my recent visit, the sales assistant was very accommodating, especially as he was the only person working at the time. He kept us informed as to how long he would be, as he was dealing with other customers at the time. In truth, I can't speak highly enough of the service we received.

As soon as I walked in David approached me and asked if I need any help. I had just been to a competitor and hadn't even been approached once. David explained the different types of mattresses and the colour codes. He was very friendly and approachable and knew a lot about his product. We arranged a delivery date and I paid the balance without any problems. I would return to Dreams again and Iv already told lots of people about my amazing mattress that is being delivered to me.
