Made ordering the bed very easy always happy to assist

We were given a sincere and warm welcome on arrival, offered advice, provided with a well needed cup of tea and then left to peruse a vast choice of mattresses. James who greeted us on arrival gave us the information we needed to assist our decision on what to purchase. Furthermore, we never felt rushed, harassed or obligated. Thank you

We already knew we wanted a temper mattress, we easily found the mattress we were looking for, the cost was one of the lowest available, the salesman was easy to find and knowledgeable he also suggested a "cool" pillow for myself as I was worried about being too warm (which was fantastic and am apparently getting one for my birthday!). The delivery time offered was amazingly fast! All in all a relatively painless way to spend money!! Very pleased

We have been to several bed stores and found Dreams had good products, had a system for finding out what you wanted and how to find what best suited us. Also had a good range of types of beds and plenty of chance to try out and select what we wanted. There was more to choose from than other places we had visited. we were not pressurised into buying and have made two visits before finally deciding. On each occassion we talked to the same assistant.

Friendly lady who talked through the different bed types which seemed a minefield as we walked in. We were also offered a hot drink (before we had placed an order!)

Helen was extremely helpful without doing the hard sell. I hate it when sales people jump on you as soon as you walk in and then try to sell you the extras you know they are trying to get commission on. She didn't do this which would make me shop here again. She allowed us time to have a good look and when we found what we wanted she was very efficient at placing our order.

We had been to the Salisbury store and looked at bedroom furniture. We were interested in the Camden collection and as Salisbury didn't have any of the furniture we could see they suggested we went to Poole where they probably did. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff (in both stores) and helped to choose the furniture we bought.

Met by very friendly staff. Explained the colour coding etc and then allowed to look and talk on our own. James was very well informed and on hand to answer questions when required.
