Service provided by sales assistant in the store - very friendly, offered a cup of coffee whilst we browsed the store. Non-pushy attitude of the sales assistant, allowing us ample time to look around and making our decision, was greatly appreciated!

James at Poole dreams was very knowledgable and spent a lot of time helping and advising us. He was friendly , approachable and made my experience fun and enjoyable. He didn't hurry me or pressure me , he was open , honest and knowledgable. Excellent service and very happy with the mattress and whole experience.

We wanted a reasonably priced ottoman bed - we saw the Wilson instore but was told that that particular bed wasn't at the time available in a 5' but as it was so popular they were being manufactured and would be advertised soon. Sure enough they became available to order, my partner went into the Poole store & Stuart the Store Manager remembered him straight away & knew exactly what we wanted!! Ordering was painless & very quick.. A good experience.

James advised we could amend our delivery date, was helpful regarding Forces Discount card and supplied mattress cover for the one to be collected.
