We had left a competitors store due to being "followed round" by staff so were relieved to have been greeted when we arrived by friendly staff who assisted when needed but were not pushy. When we needed assistance we found Helen very knowledgable and helpful.

We were served by Matt at the Poole store who was a great salesman. He let us browse and then approached when he could tell we had questions. He gave advice and explanations of products but was not pushy. He let us decide for ourselves and was very helpful when we wanted to purchase.

The assistant Matt was very helpful and explained the options without applying any pressure. I visited several stores to consider which beds to buy and your range of options was much better than your competitors! I am also biased being from High Wycombe but living in Poole!

David was excellent and listened to my needs, was very informative and friendly, not pushy which made me comfortable and spend more than I would have with extras!
