Very knowledgable and patient sales assistant. I suffer from a bad back so spent some time comparing different mattresses. I felt the sales assistant understood my needs and made me feel very confident when making my decision. Very satisfied.

I was met and greeted as soon as I entered the store. The lady 'Helen' who assisted me at that time was just lovely and chatty and knew lots about the Tempur beds which I had specifically come in to talk about. She gave me all the information that I needed (and more!) and did not hurry me and was very patient. As this would be a large investment, I had a lot of questions!

Assistants spent a lot of time with me explaining everything as it is a long time since I bought a new bed. I was offered coffee and left to browse.

Friendly welcoming atmosphere. Matt did everything he could to make our visit unique and went out of his way many times!!!

James was fantastic from the outset. Very helpful and patient and made the purchase of my new bed stress and pressure-free. Incredibly impressed with the fact that my old bed could be taken and the new one delivered and assembled within 3 days of placing the order!

James who assisted us was very helpful and knew the product very well and gave us a range of things to think about. He was not pushy and gave us time to think about a number of options on our own without standing around us feeling pressured about buying something. He made us a cup of tea whilst we were debating which bed and mattress to go for. We found him very helpful. We would definitely recommend people to go to hat store.

Told about the matress coding and then left to make my own decission without being hounded by sales staff.

We found the Assistant extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were unsure as to the exact firmness of the mattress we required and found your colleague very helpful in guiding us around the store. he even helped with pillows and mattress protector and duvet.

Very polite and cheerful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I had been to 4 other local sellers and the choice, price range and availability was so much better. The helpfulness without being pushy was welcomed and helped me to decide to buy my bed at your store.
