I was met on entry to the store in a very friendly manor and asked if I needed assistance. I didn’t feel pressured in the slightest. The whole in store experience was relaxing. Chris, who was the sales person was very knowledgable and gave me plenty of time to try the different types of bed, he was also very willing to listen to what my particular needs are.

Mum 88 year old Mum wanted a new mattress and I explained to the sales assistant she was very deaf, he was patient, explained everything to her so she could hear and was very efficient.

The assistant Chris was fantastic, very helpful without being pushy. My husband will walk straight out of a shop with pushy salesman, he commented on how helpful & polite Chris was (is)

All staff were very polite & knowledgeable & took the time to explain the process, & were also happy to answer all our questions.

We found the whole experience very satisfying The Assistant Emily was very helpful and understanding and had a very assured and friendly approach. We did not feel under any pressure to buy and hence we completed a purchase .

We were greeted by Emily in your Poole store. She was very professional, listened to our needs and quickly helped us to identified few products, She has very good product knowledge. She offered us drinks as we spent quite long time in store to decide which one we'd like. She also helped us to placed the order and payment. Overall, very pleased with Emily.

Emily my assistant was polite listened to my request and showed me several mattresses to assist with my purchase. I purchased a mattress from dream several months ago and since has become unsuitable. Emily wanted to make sure I got the right one for my needs and I appreciated her time and knowledge.
