We were given time to browse, Matt turned up and gave advice on which mattresses might meet our needs.

We had looked at other Bed stores and the sales people there , although helpful, were not as knowledgeable as Matt at the Dream store. He helped us through the various bed choices clearly and precisely. Also the delivery time of the bed we needed was exactly what we wanted from Dreams.

Good helpful assitants ,left us to look around and try, but if needed was there to be called on.

David was attentive, patient, knowledgeable and informative. A very pleasant shopping experience.

David was very welcoming, gave us time to look at the products at our own pace and without being shadowed by a salesperson but was sure to be available when we needed it to help with queries. Refreshments given along with very helpful advice. The best shopping experience I've had for a long time.

The member of staff was very attentive and did not rush our decision even though it was late in the day

James was incredibly friendly and courteous. His knowledge of the products was excellent. He gave just the right amount of assistance when needed and then gave us the space and time to consider all options. On making our decision, James, efficiently completed the transaction. His sense of humour was an added bonus.

The advisor (Matthew) was extremely kind and helpful. We are a couple expecting our first child and needed a precise delivery date which Matthew made very easy to arrange and he also made excellent suggestions to help our choice. Excellent Service.
