Dreams - Poole

THis is the 2nd time we have bought a bed in the last few weeks from Dreams. Matt is extremely professional and friendly and really knows his stuff. He is very easy going and there is no sales pressure just a gentle answering of all our questions to build us to a decision. The delivery dates have been really good, each time we have needed a particular slot and each time the computer said yes!

we found that our sales attendant was very knowledgable and had great customer service looking after all our needs the only down fall to the procerss was the time that we had to wait due to the very busy store only having 2 computer terminals and 5 sales people all bussling for the computers whilst waiting to confirm our order i noticed 3 customers get up and leave due to this

Met by a highly experienced member of staff and helped through our decision making from start to finish. We had little idea of the mattress nor frame we wanted, but after some helpful advice, taking into account our individual needs and requirements, were very well advised. Our queries and questions were met with very accurate answers. We felt very happy that we have purchased the correct bed which will last us for the next 8 years. Well done, Dreams!

Quick and friendly assistance, clearly explained options to me and even got a cup of tea which was nice, relaxing atmosphere with no pressure.

Everything was explained clearly on entering the store how it was laid out in a clear and concise way. Offered refreshments and left us to choose what was best in our interests. The member of staff was highly knowledgeable and pointed out other items that we had not thought of in which we ended up purchasing. Well done to Helen I think her name
